Who we are
Nex Travels & Tourism is a brand operated by:

The company that serves you is responsible for your personal information.
Information we collect
- Contact details: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address.
- Travel details: destinations, travel dates, number of travellers, hotel and flight preferences.
- Booking documents when needed: passport details, visa information, national ID, photographs — collected by our consultants through secure channels.
- Payment confirmations (we do not store card numbers).
- Messages you send us, including WhatsApp conversations and enquiry forms.
- Basic website data such as cookies and analytics, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. These tell us which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring visitors and enquiries. When you send an enquiry, your phone number is shared with Meta only in hashed (scrambled) form for ad measurement. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
WhatsApp and our AI assistant
When you message our WhatsApp numbers, your messages are processed through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. We use an AI-powered assistant to reply to common questions and collect your enquiry details. Your messages may be processed by our technology service providers (including automation and AI providers) only to answer you and pass your enquiry to our team. A human consultant handles prices, bookings and payments, and you can ask to speak to a person at any time.
How we use your information
- To answer enquiries and prepare quotes.
- To book flights, hotels, Umrah, Ziyarat, visas, tours and related services.
- To send booking updates and service messages.
- To send offers, only if you have agreed — you can opt out at any time by replying "STOP".
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Sharing your information
We share only what is needed with airlines, hotels, Umrah and Ziyarat service providers, visa authorities, banks, and our technology providers (such as Meta/WhatsApp, website hosting, automation and AI services). We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Because we operate in Pakistan and Oman and work with international travel and technology providers, your information may be processed outside your country. We take reasonable steps to protect it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry chats are kept for up to 12 months. Booking and financial records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting laws in Pakistan or Oman.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing messages, subject to the applicable laws of Pakistan and the Sultanate of Oman, including Oman's Personal Data Protection Law. Contact the office that serves you.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Please never share card numbers or passwords over chat. Payments are accepted only into accounts in the name of NexusBlend Solutions (Private) Limited (Pakistan) or Nizar Abbas & Partners LLC (Oman).
